Fabric Types

Our standard fabric is 100% recyclable, food grade woven polypropylene fabric, treated for ultraviolet resistance for limited outside storage and engineered for the rated capacity of the container. Fabric selection is dependent on performance requirements. All fabric is made from virgin polypropylene resins.

Colors

Available in standard white or black or Green or Red ,and so on.

Weights

Available from two to eight ounces. ( 65 gr/M²- 240 gr/M² )

Coatings

Standard coating is a 1.0 mil. polypropylene for moisture control and product contaminant protection. Other options are available.

  

Uncoated

Standard woven polypropylene fabric that is not coated with polypropylene film.

Coated

Woven polypropylene fabric that is coated with a layer of polypropylene film. A coated bag incorporates an interior or exterior layer of film to reduce moisture intrusion or sifting of the contents. Also called Non-breathable or laminated fabric/bags.

Type A A

Standard woven polypropylene fabric. No static protection provided. Safe for transporting NON-FLAMMABLE products. Flammable materials or gases MAY NOT be present outside of the bag.

Type B 

Standard woven polypropylene fabric with low breakdown voltage designed to prevent “Sparks” and “Propagating Brush Discharges”. Safe for transporting FLAMMABLE products. Flammable materials or gases MAY NOT be present outside of the bag.

Breathable

Uncoated or non-laminated fabric, ideal for products requiring air permeability. Ideal for agricultural products such as peanuts or pecans.
